Being In The Market

Whatever emotion you’re after, whatever vehicle you pursue—building a business, getting married, raising a family, traveling the world...
Why and for what reason do we introduce ourselves to somebody? Why are we earning money and expenditure? What is about social media? Why am I writing posts? Is that so important or just a function of being social? So, what about being an individual or social animal? Let us think about for a bit, we were born for some reason and we all need to feel safe and secure. We need to accept someone who takes care of us, right? As a part of life, we need to work, be social and more we need to do and make something to be alive… So, we need to introduce ourselves as well as we can act and make a good first impression for our career and social life. Wow, sounds so simple doesn’t it? It is a bad news for you! We recently reached 7 billion people in the world, never forget, it means there is a huge competition and we have to get more skills, experiences and be more educated than others for differentiation to get advantages and to be more attractive. This is a short brief explanation of living processes and it is same for products, goods and services too; Being alive, finding space in the market, being chosen for someone for some causes.


In a day, so many times we are talking about some things, right? We are looking for new opportunities, checking other jobs and occupations, at the same time we are checking news about brands, celebrities, friends and so on. We are going to work for 5 days in a week, we use the same ways and directions. After work, we are going same places to drink a cup of coffee, chill out and more…


Let us start to talk about the first impression. As a told you before, we are in the market to show how right we are and how useful for something. It means we are a good candidate and friendly person. The truth is it is not easy as much as we can imagine because first impression can be the difference between starting a good relationship, whether for business or friendship, or ending up with a one-off meeting. The thing that easy one is to make a negative first impression on someone and yes, you are right, hard one to construct a positive impression and you must put some effort for it. It is same for someone who tries to get some attention. Yes, we are guilty as charged because there are a plenty of things which we are so happy to do them and also there are plenty of them which we are not happy to do. It seems quite a nonsense, does not it?
Whatever emotion you’re after, whatever vehicle you pursue—building a business, getting married, raising a family, traveling the world—whatever you think your nirvana is, there are six basic, universal needs that make us tick and drive all human behavior. Combined, they are the force behind the crazy things (other) people do and the great things we do. We all have the same six needs, but how we value those needs and in what order, determines the direction of our life.
