Short version
There are no advertising cookies on this site and no data is sold to third parties. The only optional cookie group is measurement, which shows which posts get read and where the site gets in the way.
Measurement cookies do not run before you opt in. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and no content is withheld.
Separately, a visit counter that uses no cookies is running. The cookieless measurement section below explains it.

Cookieless measurement (runs regardless of consent)
Visits are counted without cookies, using Umami. Umami writes no cookie, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across sites. It therefore does not depend on cookie consent and runs whatever you choose in the banner.
What Umami sees: the page address, the referring address, country, browser and screen information. To count unique visitors it derives an irreversible value from the IP address and browser details, and that value is rotated regularly. It cannot be traced back to you.
The basis for this is legitimate interest. If you want no measurement at all, use your browser's tracking protection.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies rely on the exemptions in article 5/2 of Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, for EEA visitors, on the equivalent necessity ground. They are required to deliver the service, so no separate consent is collected.
Measurement cookies rely on explicit consent. No such cookie is written and no related tag fires before consent is given.
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2. Measurement signals stay in the denied state until you opt in.
International transfers
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar process data on servers outside Turkey. When you consent to measurement cookies, the data these services process is transferred abroad; if you decline, no such transfer takes place.
The cookieless counter Umami also processes data abroad and runs regardless of consent. See the cookieless measurement section above.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your decision at any time. The button below opens the cookie preferences dialog. Turning measurement off also clears the related cookies from your browser.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object to the results of processing. Use the contact page for such requests.
